Collaborative Working Program between the Ministry of Education and Training
The Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Science and Technology signed the Collaborative Working Program no. 496/CTrPH-BGDĐT-BKHCN
The Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Science and Technology signed the Collaborative Working Program no. 496/CTrPH-BGDĐT-BKHCN on August 1, 2017 to cooperate on developing science and technology with a view to reform fundamentally and thoroughly education and training; to enhance science research, develop and transfer technology capability; to train science and technology human resource; to promote the links among universities, research institutes and enterprises for the industrialization and modernization process under the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and global integration.
Cooperation on Intellectual Property involves: collaboratively connecting demand and supply, assisting with technological application and reform; performing activities relating to intellectual property and intellectual property development in universities with an aim to master technology and contribute to the development of national products and high-tech products.
