Technological and scientific advancements are having a profound impact on the socio-economic life of people all around the world. As an emerging nation, there have been many transformations in Viet Nam that are based on innovation, science and technology, encouraging green growth and sustainable development. "Not sacrificing the environment in exchange for the economy" is one of the orientations of sustainable development defined by our Party and State.
